air pirates

I recently travelled to bangkok on a holiday. on my journy back home i found that my baggage has been tampered and my cameras have been stolen after checking the luggage. the baggage is not scanned and sealed when you check in at bangkok air port which gives a chance for the air pirates to loot. like me others have lost articles from their baggage.i have filed a complaint .what is the next step?can any one suggest
